Return Eligibility
Items must meet the following criteria:
• Unused and in original condition
• All parts, keys, and accessories included
• Original packaging intact
• Return requested within 30 days of delivery
Custom-made or special-order products may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs
Most returns are simple; however, because many safes are large or heavy, shipping costs may vary.
• If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged item, etc.), we will cover return shipping.
• If the return is for any other reason, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Refund Process
