Free Shipping on Most Orders
Most products on our website include free shipping within the continental United States. Any items that require additional freight charges due to size, weight, or delivery location will be clearly stated on the product page before checkout.

Processing & Handling Time
• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
• Once processed, your order will be shipped via parcel carrier or freight depending on the product.

Estimated Delivery Times

Small/Medium Items (UPS/FedEx Ground)
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.

Large Safes / Freight Shipments
• Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on your location and freight scheduling.

Your tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Freight Delivery for Large Safes
Large and heavy safes are shipped using LTL freight. These shipments require special handling and may include:
• Curbside delivery
• Delivery appointment scheduling
• Liftgate service when available

If you need inside delivery, white-glove service, or assembly, please contact us for a custom quote.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or missing items:

  1. Note the issue on the delivery receipt before signing.

  2. Take photos of the damage or packaging.

  3. Contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue and file a claim if needed.
